FUN FACT: Miss Lauren is a HUGE Formula One fan and owns a gun dog called Lana.

 

Lauren is an accomplished commercial hip hop dancer and graduated from college gaining high grades in Dance, Performance Studies and Physical Education. Shortly after leaving college, Lauren found a true passion for Acrobatics, Yoga and Circus Arts consequently leading to her first solo venture of an entertainment agency. Through this, Lauren has worked with The Royal Family at Windsor Castle and at BAFTA amongst others.

 

Lauren is the proud owner of LMC, a successful acrobatics school based in Surrey, situated at prestigious locations such as Wentworth Golf Club and Laine Theatre Arts with over 175 students in the first 5 years. She is a fully qualified Module Two teacher with Acrobatic Arts as well as passing her examiners course in 2022. Lauren has recently joined the teaching faculty at KLDC Sixth Form College.

 

Furthering Lauren’s qualifications, she has a Level 2 Dance Fitness Diploma and is a Level 2 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach working with gymnasts and dancers at various schools and clubs around the South East. Lauren is also a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning expert and Yoga Instructor certified. A particular highlight working with Chelsea Football Club.

 

Some of Laurens performing highlights and credits include Nile Rodgers, performing Guilfest in 2013 and reaching the televised audition phase of Sky1's Got to Dance in 2012.
